Angie came in to my practice just before I started maternity leave when I knew I would need help. I thought I was pretty organized and had good systems in place. I had no idea how much I was underutilizing the technology I had! She created new workflows for following up on leads, communication with patients, and new patient intake. She is excellent at talking to prospective patients about the DPC model, her enrollment rate after meet and greets is close to 100% (compared with 50-70% when I was doing them). I hoped to just stay stable while on maternity leave and maybe have a few leads to follow up with when I returned, but after 8 weeks she had 20 new patients enrolled and ready to schedule.
