About the Founder

Angie Cortizo is dedicated to helping others become organized in whatever their endeavors. She's trained in architectural studies and urban design*. From a young age she's had a singular ability for visualizing and planning spaces. With a good eye for design and aesthetics, advanced spacial skills and and a knack for going from big-picture to the nitty gritty details she was inspired to start her own Professional Organizing business, Organized ASAP, in 2013.
It is her passion for organizing that brought her to the administrative world. She's currently focused on providing virtual administrative assistant services to up-and-coming DPC medical practices. 
Angie became interested in the DPC model in 2017, when, as a patient, she was looking for options for her health care. She was frustrated with traditional insurance companies and joined a Health Sharing ministry for her medical needs. It is through  that ministry that she first heard about DPC. She contacted her local DPC doctor and after hearing what it was all about she signed up right away. She has believed in the DPC model ever since and is passionate about patient disclosure, transparency, and education. She's resourceful and well-versed in medical cost-sharing, health sharing ministries, as well as regular insurance.

Angie is also passionate about breastfeeding, lactation, natural birthing, Doulas, Midwives, and natural family planning.

She's a practicing Catholic, a wife, and the proud mom of a sweet a 21-month-old baby girl and a 8-year-old stepson. She has two adorable dogs who she's learned to love in spite of not originally being a "dog person".

In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, organizing, singing, puzzle-building, riding her cruiser bicycle, watching Bollywood movies, learning Hindi & Italian, dancing and singing to Bollywood music, and practicing her faith in every-day-life as hard as that may be sometimes.
Only recently, thanks to the pandemic, has she developed a knack for cooking and keeping house, for which she's also very proud of.
